Digitalfootmark Lock Screen v0.16(98) S60v3 S60v5 S^3 SymbianOS9.x Signed

This will improve the keylock feature greatly in S60 devices. This changes the default screensaver with a brighter and more informative screensaver.
Currently it has the following features:
- Show the current time and date
- Show the battery status
- Show missed calls
- Show unread messages and emails
- Show bluetooth and WLAN indicators
- Show GPS indicator.
- Calendar entries (still in progress)
